I've just put a curried sausage casserole in the oven, also made couscous for the first time ever - fraid I don't like the taste.

Spiced tempeh nuggets with pumpkin and basil barley stew and fresh green beans.

Homemade beef and black bean sauce done in the slow cooker. Jasmine rice done in the thermomix.

DD had Wiggles Spaghetti on toast, DH had spaghetti on toast, I had tuna on toast!
