I just can't think of something really easy for tonight. We have bury our kitty first so I'm not really going to be in the mood to cook anything fancy. Starting to think we might order in something. I'm going to do roast lamb and all the trimmings tomorrow though.

I'm making a beef curry that is from the Biggest Loser Masterclass (not sure if their website is still up?)....

DH has cooked it quite a few times, now the test will be - who makes it better :-P

Umm.. I have some fillets of beef, not sure what? think it was scotch fillet?? Was all i could get at the shops yesterday. Going to serve it with a Balsamic Reduction, which we found out last time i made it that DS absolutely loves it! Some potatoes like my dad use to cook where he slices the potato in half, flat side down on a tray and does little slices all the way across the top of the potato, bit of oil or butter and sprinkles some parsley over the top and bake. Steamed green beans as well.
About to go and attempt a pavlova which I haven't made in ages. If i get that done, it will have the usual cream and strawberries with some yellow kiwi fruit (DD's favourite) and passionfruit. Got some raspberries to make a coulis to go with it as well, just never made it before, so hoping that I'm not getting to far ahead of myself there. Should probably go and make a start on messing my kitchen lol...

Roast beef & veg that the MIL has brought around for us. Think I'll make a lemon pud for dessert.

Hmmm, baked beans and grilled cheese???? We had a magnificent roast last night with all the trimmings, and had roast beef and gravy rolls with the leftovers for lunch today. So I don't feel too bad having a slack dinner! Maybe I'll get motivated enough to make a yummy dessert......

    Chicken Schnitty and Vegetables

We also had a roast lamb last night with all the extras, followed by apple crumble and freshly whipped cream

Nic ~ Raspberry coulis is really easy to make so don't worry you will get it done, I make it often for Eton Mess (Bashed up pavalova, whipped cream and raspberry coulis - I throw in a few fresh rasperries as well and if we are lucky grated dark chocolate on top!!

    What's for Dinner #4

Roast lamb (garlic & rosemary) with roast veggies (pumpkin, sweet potato, potato) and cheese broccoli. If I have time might make some apple crumbles for dessert.
