I want to do something in the pot, but I think I've used it to death over the last 2 weeks, and can't think of any new recipes

LOL AJP I have enough spring roll mix to feed an army Its a thai recipe I learnt from a thai woman and I always make more than I need to. Oh well spring roll mix in the freezer for next time LOL!

Not sure if its everywhere or just here in SA, but there seems to be loads of very cheap duck selling in my local butchers shops........so, whilst it is years since I cooked duck, I have bought a bird & we are having roast duck tomorrow night..............with roast potatoes, steamed carrots and homegrown peas and roasted homegrown beetroot!

ETA Cai... when you have a spare sec... would LOVE the recipe for the spring roll mix the Thai lady gave you (if its not a secret recipe that you had to promise not to give out )
