    We had (or should I say they had I wasn't very hungry LOL) rigatoni with chicken, mushroom, broccoli and a red wine and tomato sauce.

    A throw together tonight...was, erm, interesting. Well actually not too bad, but not the best thing we've ever made. It was kind of a tuna cheese rice bake; tin of tuna, rice, onion, garlic, tin of mushroom soup, peas, corn, sundried tomatoes and cheese. Very 'family friendly' as DF calls it

    Last night we had crumbed lamb and salad. I have no clue what to do tonight. Was hoping to get into the butchers today.... but town is PACKED.

    im with you Ngala, no idea what im going to make for dinner...hence why im here went to the butcher to get steaks and it was closed so its chicken or mince and im flat out of ideas, had chicken mushroom creamy pasta last night. grrrr

    Well I left dinner with DH and guess what we are having.....



    Bacon, eggs, hash browns & chips.
    Oh SO healthy! ... NOT!!!

    Must be more motivated tomorrow!!

    We had Paella... which was awesome... complete with mussels, calamari, prawns, salmon and chorizo.

    DH was a very happy man. There was so much leftover we'll reheat it in the oven tomorrow night and have it again...

    Iv always wanted to try Paella,sounds very yummy .Is it on the easy side to make?
