I'm doing homemade fettuccine bosciaola with our own twist

Bacon, mushroom, chicken - DD loves it (so did everyone at my work lol)

We are having mini homemade hamburgers and roast potatoes with sour cream.

I usually put the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes & pineapple in a big serving platter and the kids put on what they want. Makes it more fun for them and they usually eat more lol.

Paleo BLTs (bacon, lettuce and tomato inside a chicken breast sandwich) with homemade mayo, and oven baked sweet potato and parsnip chips. Nom nom nom!
