We had Greek pork stew with cous cous, and for dessert DD1 had vanilla icecream with chocolate topping, DH and DD2 had banana muffins that I baked this morning, and I had my all time favourite, melt some peanut butter in the microwave and then stir it through vanilla icecream. Nom!

Chicken and herb ravioli, with a cream, tomato, mushroom and bacon sauce. Was extra nice as I convinced DH to do the cooking

It was originally going to be creamy garlic prawns with veg and rice, but 2 hrs after he went shopping with DS, DH comes back moaning about the prawns being yuk and the deli lady not serving anyone (apparently he had a go at her about the huge line, but by the time he got served he forgot what he wanted!) and NO prawns. So we decided on fish and chips....then DH decides it HAS to be prawns so has gone out again....groan!

DS will eat the rice and veg and some fresh salmon....might even get ice cream for dessert if he eats enough

It's 'date night at home' after that, so dessert is a surprise....chocolate if I have any say, lol!
