    What's for lunch?

    we have a whats for dinner thread but i always struggle for lunch ideas, so what are you or did you have for lunch today?

    I had corn and cheese fritters with an avacado, tomato and capsicum salsa (in lemon and corriander dressing). Yummy! I like it because it adds a bit towards our 2 and 5 that we are meant to have

    Open Toasted Sandwich, with my tuna spread (tuna, mayo & roasted onion flakes) topped with shredded cheese and grilled. Noms.
