Its 4pm and I have only just realised I havent had any lunch today!!!

My latest fave is rice or corn thins with a big smear of cream cheese, a big dollop of that chunky chilli dip and a thin slice of avocado - yummmeeeeee!

I had a cheese and tomato toastie and a chicken noodle cup a soup!

I'm loving the premium crackers at the moment. So I had those today & tried out that chicken stuff in the tins (like tuna, had never seen it before) with avacado & tomato. Was very yummy, followed by a cup of tea & double choc chip muffin.

tomorrow's lunch will be open toasted sandwich, using vienna bread. With ham & bacon pieces, pineapple & cheese.

Now that DH comes home for lunch more regularly I make an effort to have something ready to go....otherwise I'd prob just have a cup of tea.
