This is our favourite. Even my 2yr old son eats it happily.

Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil
Garlic (6 cloves)
Ginger (3-4 cm)
Chicken or Beef
Soy Sauce
White Wine
Broccoli
Celery
Green Beans and/or Snap peas and/or Snow Peas
2 Tbsp corn starch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water

- I heat my pan to high and put in a fair amount of veg oil.
- add the chopped up garlic and ginger and my chicken or beef.
- add some soy sauce and sometimes a bit of white wine. I cook on high heat and never stop stirring. If the pan is really hot and the liquid is evaporating quickly I'll add more soy sauce and a bit of water too.
- when the meat is done I add the veggies and a bit more of the soy sauce and wine.
- when the veggies are ready (cooked but still a bit crisp), while still stirring I add my cornstarch water mixture which makes the sauce stick and cover the meat and veggies nicely.
- serve over basmatti rice.
