    The one I make the most is really simple.

    I just use chicken or beef cut into strips;
    Whatever veggies I have - usually brocoli, carrot, capsicum last night I used celery which was actually quite nice. I usually cut them into small sticks (what's that called again );
    For the sauce I use a combination of garlic, oyster, soy and sweet chilli sauces. I just add them all to taste.

    I have a big electric wok so I use that. Just add some oil and the garlic to the pan, then the meat and sauces and let that cook for a little while (and yep, keep stirring it constantly) then I add the vegies until they soften a bit but are still crisp (can't handle soggy vegies in a stir fry!). I usually serve it with noodles (either hokkien, rice noodles or just instant noodles (like 2 min noodles if that's all I have) because I know the kids will eat that, but I used to use rice a lot too.
