Red face How embarrassing. I am asking too many questions.

Should I remove the wings? Or leave it alone?

    Lightbulb

When should I turn the chicken over? 40 minutes into cooking? Someone please give me an idea for a set time.

    Leave the wings.
I don't turn mine over. I don't use oven bags so maybe you have to turn them.
For time I do half an hour at 180 for every half a kilo of chicken so the average chicken takes about and hour and a half. If you poke fattest bit of the thigh and pink juices come out it needs to go back in for a bit longer. Once the juices are clear it's cooked and if there is no juice it's probably over-cooked lol.

Please take a photo of the chicken when it's cooked so we can all admire it

This is a very funny thread - I hope there's a photo at the end of this (and no food poisoning)!
