World Food day at school, ideas please?

My brain hurts too much to think lately. Does anyone have any ideas for something that could be enjoyed cold to be taken to school to share?

At this point I'm making Pappadums....

    sushi is easy too.
yeh pizza rolls - with pastry sheets, rollup, slice and bake. These are generally OK cold. I freeze them first they fall apart less when you are slicing it that way.
    Um..gelati?

What about little dutch pancakes......Poffijers.....I dont have a clue how to spell it!! They are yummy tho and you can buy a little machine from kmart that makes them perfectly for $19 and just use the buttermilk whitewings pancake mixture.....Easy as darl and servewith a little maple syrup and icing dusted over the top.

A lady made roti with a mild chicken curry for playgroup the other day. They were wrapped up in rolls. We ate them cold, the kids loved them!

If you go into the international section of the supermarket you can find Bolletje Crispbakes which are a dutch crispbread, which you top with butter and real chocolate sprinkles De Ruijter Dark Chocolate Sprinkles (Schokoladen-Hagel), 400g. Delish! I would suggest speculaas (spice) cookies which are easy to make (or can buy in the international section of the supermarket next to the , but alot of kids don't like them.
