Goodness, that sends a shudder through me. They are still very young.
Not something I would do, I won't even leave my 15 and 16 yr old home alone at night.
I would think that the kids safety is a little more important then some guy (and a bit of nookie).
That may sound a little judgemental and harsh but I do think 10 and 13 is far to young to be home all night alone.

Hi. I have a 13 year old and a 9 year old and would never leave them alone - what happened if there was a fire? Or someone broke in? My gosh it'd be all over the news......and I would worry that they're not ok. I hate leaving them home alone just to duck off to the shops tho...I am a bit of a worry wart, but I guess I have good reason - maybe they are better off with their dad, at least maybe temporarily.....poor boys

Not for all night by themselves - a couple of hours maybe, but not all night. Even when I started babysitting at about 14, it wasn't all night until I was about 16 or 17.

Not worth it for a bit of a shag imho.
