Breast milk for older children when sick?

LOL, I wondered what I'd done wrong!! Now I see there are two threads.


Anyway, I don't think it's silly at all because breastmilk contains antibodies that can help. If you've had this flu before or been exposed to it now then you will have antibodies. And something else amazing I've read is that even if you haven't been exposed but your baby has then when your baby feeds your breast somehow works this out and starts making antibodies for your baby. Boobs are totally awesome. Anyway, it's not going to do any harm so I'd definitely try it!
