The poor little thing, you would think it would be a bit sore or at least uncomfortable. Hope it turns out to be a simple infection that is easily fixed.

I'm ringing the doc first thing in the morning. Not real happy TBH. DD's cheeks were flushed when we were in there on Wednesday, so I figured she had a fever & kind of guessed what was going on. But the doc didn't do her temp? I thought about it after & thought it would've been a pretty good indication of what was happening?
Anyway, I left to get my car that night. Was coming home Friday coz I had no reason to stay, but DH ended up being able to go back there for the weekend, so I stayed til today. Got a message from mum yesterday saying DD had had fevers, but they were settling & was now covered in a rash...
It was all over her & is starting to settle now too, but is still all over her chest, belly, back & upper arms & legs.
I'm thinking the doc should really have given me abs JIC. One of the reasons I wanted to see my gp, even though he's male. He would've probably given me a script for abs, then if a fever or anything else happened I would have them. Oh well. I hope someone will see her tomorrow, I really don't want to wait til Tuesday. I'll probably take her in to the hospital if they wont.
She's not acting sick though iykwim. So I guess thats a bonus?? Not.
Anyway. I'll let you all know.
    Thanks guys. Again.

Oh, BTW, she wasn't too keen on the swab. Poor baby. It hurt her too, but she let them do it. I feel like crying coz of all the stuff she's had to go through. I don't think it bothers her anymore though.

it might be just me but i'd be taking your DD to hospital now if it was me. or at least ring hospital or nurse on call and tell symptoms. Beacause if her bleeding and rash are related it could indicate a severe infection. I don't want to worry you but better to be safe then sorry. Hope your DD gets better soon, been through alot the poor thing.

I might ring someone. I've been driving for 10 hours straight, so getting back in the car, with all 3 kids alone, is not the best idea with how tired I am. I know how that sounds, but this is the best I can do right now. An extra 12 or so hours is better than me falling asleep at the wheel on the way in to town, or back out in 4 or 5 hours when they get around to seeing her.
I'm going to look up the symptoms anyway. See what I can find out.
