my dd1 grace is almost 5, she has 3 milks a day of about 200mls each, she would ask for more too she loves them and her water and eats well, she is a skinny little thing and her teeth are beautiful (or so her dentist says) the milk issue peaked at about 2.5yrs of age where she was waking for them every two hours...... Most of us can not even begin to imagine what some little kids survive on, from nothing at all in 3rd world countries to never eating a veggie or fruit.....i say milks the least of our troubles....
also i have always found with kids that the moment you begin to go insane with worry about a stage they are at they go and change all by themselves.... be cool man, it wont last forever
If you are concerned about the full cream milk then switch to the skim milk. Same amount of calcium just less fat. My kids dietician says after 2 they should be on skim milk anyway. I wouldn't worry too much though as it is beneficial to them and they are not having any of the sugar drinks.
Also I will no be buying pop tops any more. Didn't realise that they can cause tooth deformities 8 s
Well she's doing a bit better now
More juice & water than usual. Wich means she's doen to 2 - 3 milk drinks a day, instead of non stop.
I was never worried about the fat content as none of us are even close to having any weight problems, the kids are quite thin, so thats all ok.
