I second the mudcakes, I think they are great value and we have seen them live a few times. I also love their localness
The only problem for me is that DD who is almost 5 is getting over them. I think this has more to do with her interests in general as she is very much in to ballet and classical music at the moment (and anything princess) and The Mudcakes are a little to rollicking good fun for her! She also dislikes Justine at the moment, I suspect this is because it seems to be popular with her little sister.
She has moved on to a lovely singer named Elizabeth Mitchell. I found her CD at the local library but you could get a taste of it on itunes. Favourite album is You are my Little Bird. It is a lovely album.
As mentioned before, princesses are popular and the soundtrack to Tangled with Mandy Moore always gets her singing.
DD is also really fond of Audio books at the moment and I have a good range of them if you want something a little different….
