Liebs was adding 2-digit numbers easily around his 5th birthday and expressing his ideas about maths. These, at that time, included the basics of algebra.
Encourage it. The world needs people who are confident in their maths.
The IXL website shows what skills are supposed to be achieved in each year if you are curious. Addition to 10 appears to be a Year 1 skill, so he is ahead of what is expected. I always love hearing about kids being great at maths - keep being proud
My DS is also in pre-primary (yep same as Kindy in NSW) and in his school they will know counting to 100 (and over) 2 times tables to 20 (DS taught himself past 100 just by playing basketball!), 5 times tables to 50, basic addition (DS does number sentences). He can also do it all in his head, which is way better than I can do!
Everyone in his class are at different stages though. I do think my DS is also a genius! Probably because he rocks at maths and I was always so bad at it!
Sounds like you have every reason to think he's totally amazing
