TD - Sadly you are correct there. The NSWAGCT also shelters a lot of gifted families from Vic and QLD and have the Albury/Wodonga and Tweed Heads groups set up for them. Even he Australian one is of a poor standard compared to NSW. My sister in QLD tried to get help from the QLD one with her son but they were completely uninterested because he doesnt have autism or aspergers. Its simply not fair on all the whole rest f the country that they can't get the quality assistance we get in NSW.

That said, the NSW is more than happy to give advice to anyone who contacts them for help. They have a very large collective of people - also mothers of gifted kids - who are used to how schools operate on these accounts. Might be worth contacting them for a couple of strategies.
