    A day or two beforehand should be perfect, Ang Probably better than on the day, to give them that extra refrigeration time. To be honest, I prefer them a few days old. The texture is better or something, I haven't quite pinpointed what makes them better lol

    Not me - and can't afford to this pay fortnight bummer. Was hoping this thread wouldn't get bumped too soon as my boys love making them
