Hmmm going to give these a go.. poor DD can't have them but will give the dairy free fudge a go for her.. these can be all ours... might do them with peppermint crisp though for DP... then dip then coat them in chocolate.

yep, thought it was a lttle weak on the peppermint side when i tasted the batter but now that theyve been in the fridge and set its the perfect amount
Ohhh you know what.. i'm going to make them with the peppermint crisp and then coat them in chocolate... shhhh sooo OTT but i think they will be DEVINE.... now i'm thinking i could do half mix with peppermint crisp the other with crunchie and then coat them in choc and then red n green sprinkles... OMG the possibilities are endless... damn you BB ladies are your scrumptious recipes.
I tried the original recipe the other day & they are yummy - sooo much better than usual rum balls - thanks for sharing

I bought all the ingredients today to make these for Chrissy day. Somehow two of the cherry ripes are missing :shhh: back to the shops tomorrow....

See, I was super organized and bought extra cherry rips to eat while making the balls!!:
I don't have a food processor, but used my blender and it worked just fine.
ZF I had to have an emergency glucose test yesterday as I keep passing out and feeling exactly the same as I did with DD1 when I had gestational diabetes I get the results todaybut I think I already know :(
