Last year I bought croissants & a block of chocolate, I stuff 2-3 squares in each croissant & put them in the oven for a few minutes. Was a big hit & sooo easy

Wafflessssss, frozen berries (left on fridge overnight to defrost) and a sprinkle of icing sugar At least, that's what I *intend* on doing - chances are DD1 will get Weetbix and DH and I will have our instant lattes lol

One year my sister did Eggs Benedict. They were lovely. Something I must make myself one day.

    Eggs benedict, yummy, yummy!

Line muffin tins with shaved ham & then crack an egg in the middle........pop in the oven until the eggs cooked to your liking (sooooo easy). Toast up some english muffins, put egg & ham on the muffin & serve with Hollandaise sauce (I just get the jar from woolies). If you want you can serve with some baby spinach.

Hadn't even thought about this. How about pancakes - always go down well here.

It is highly likely we will have a fruit platter and croissants. We're making a conscious effort not to over eat.

I always like fruit, something healthy before a day of (usually lol) crap. Summer fruits are yummy! Watermelon, banana, mango, and stone fruit! YUM!

What we've had the last few years is some small pancakes/pikelets (you can even buy the ready made ones if you're feeling lazy), spread with sour cream, smoked salmon and a drizzle of fresh lemon juice...delish!!
Always have this with fresh orange juice and it's a lovely light start to the day.

This year not sure what I will have as smoked salmon is off my diet

We always do croissants with turkey and ham, tomato, avocado, cheese, mayo, cranberry sauce etc etc. There's usually bubble wine of some sort too, but actually most of us prefer something non-alcoholic like Maison instead - lol So easy.
