Oops! I'm not even religious, but I've always eaten fish on good Friday as a novelty (yeah, sorry )... I completely forgot about it today and I ate a burger before!

I'm thinking lemon and herb fillets for dinner to make up for it...

Fish here, like others has always been a tradition, grew up in a religious household and even though I'm more agnostic now I still like to follow it, and try to teach the kids the reason why,

But to answer your question we are having prawns and going to attempt to cook Barramundi Fillets on the Weber (may or maynot be successful)

We're having salmon fillets with a pistachio crust - hopefully it's as good as it sounds!
