I'm making a gingerbread house for the first time ever. I've got a mould which I've had for ages but I don't want to just go with the recipe on the back of the box incase it is rubbish. So please can you hit me with your best gingerbread recipes? I don't need gluten free, low calorie, or anything like that. Boytwin is allergic to cows milk proteins but as long as they are in small amounts and cooked into the recipe this isn't an issue so it doesn't have to be dairy free.
