Last year Mr J made me something at daycare and we spent the day together just relaxing. This year I'm working all day as a face painter and then that night as a kitchenhand. I'm happy that I'll be busy since I won't be able to spend the first mothers day with Mr T. I hate most holidays right now. Only good thing about them is that I'll be getting extra bookings.

We had a special day at kinder which was gorgeous - DS gave me a massage, and we planted a flower together, and then he read me a story they had been practising. Loved it! On Sunday, DH will let me sleep in and make me breakfast in bed, and I know they have brought me something but it's a secret. It's pink but it's a secret. It's like a tshirt that you wear but its a secret. DS even told me what shop they brought my secret present from. I am guessing I am getting a pink jumper from a shop in our main street. God love 4 year olds and their secret keeping
I was going to buy some nice ingredients and casually have them sitting in the fridge so DH would cook me something nice out of them, but I don't know if I can be bothered. Other years I have brought my mum's card and his mum's but this year, I've decided it's his mum, he can do it.

DH and the kids will make me breakfast in bed. Then we are going over to my grandma's to meet my mum, and off to the footy to see North Vs Bulldogs with the kids and my mum.

Miss 3 is a terrible secret keeper and has already showed me what she made me from day care! She loves it and wants to keep it herself
