Half way I guess. Have most of the kids bits and pieces, just a couple I forgot for DS and a lay by for DD2. DH's lay by and all the wrapping to go. Will start tonight.
One friends gift to go.

Bought the frozen seafood (fresh is best I know but when you live at least 1500km from any ocean it isn't always available )
Thought about the table
Organised a few games and stuff for the kids at Christmas lunch.
