I've made pastry for the apple pie, the vanilla sauce to go with it, have quinoa soaking & i melted white chocolate and mixed with fruit mince to make Christmas rocky road type thingy. Will be interested to see how that turns out. Didn't think it worth prepping the apples for the pie in case they go brown.

So much for ignoring Christmas this year
