can you cut it all up but just assemble it on the day? preparation (i.e. washing, chopping etc) is usually the longest bit, so if you can get all that out of the way then it won't take long to put it all together tomorrow. Are you having family over? get them to help you out, it shouldn't be expected that you prepare everything by yourself, especially with three kids.
