DH crashed just after lunch yesterday and didn't surface except for the loo. poor bugger is crook. after attempting to assemble DD's present from us (kitchen) and finding it lacking two very important pieces (safety wise) i got to bed about 11. was awake to check on either the sick hubby or the recovering bub every hour (at least). Hubby was at the other end of the house so i was having to trudge down there and make sure he was ok.

DD woke at 6.54, so came into bed with me for boobie and we rang daddy to check on him and see if he wanted to do presents. she was ready for bed again at 9 but kept her up til 12.30.

definitely NOT the Christmas we were planning a week ago. DH and I are both so washed out we're pretty much couch potatos - but tomorrow will be different (i HOPE!)

Too bloody early! It was 6.15 when we heard DS1 get up to go to the loo and then it snowballed from there. We held off the present unwrapping until closer to 7 though. Feels kinda wrong to have it all over and done with before 7am.

I was awake at 6:45, DD and DH at 7. Did the Santa stockings, then made waffles for brekky and had presents about 8:30.

Last year we had a 4am wake up so I was pretty happy with this!

Went to bed after 1 this morning (was up late re-wrapping presents). Opened my crusty eyes at 7am to find the kids had beaten me to it and had demolished half the presents under the tree again :/ Could do with a nap but they're showing no signs of slowing down between their new Pillow Pets and Barbie dolls :/

DH & I were up until about 2am getting everything ready & sorted for the day after a late night at relatives house celebrating Christmas eve. My DS woke up for booby just before we came to bed at 1.50am, at 4.15am & 8.30am. We all awoke for the day after a nice sleep in at 10am as we all had a hectic and late night!

    Merry Christmas everyone! x

woke up for loo break at 7.15am (i was sure that would wake bilby).

bilby surfaced around 8.30 - staying up to watch Carols last night, obviously tired her out. i was SURE, out of pure excitement, she would be up very early, but no.
