oh hun i went through exactly the same thing with my ex. he still hasnt passed on some of my very precious things - even the photo album of dd's first year

my ex had a garage sale and SOLD my family heirlooms then didn't pay the mortgage for a whole year whilst living in our house!!!

and there was nothing i could do, despite threatening letters etc.

report your stuff as stolen and tell them you know who has it, you have tried to retrieve your thing but he won't return them and you feel they have been stolen.

oh and the farts in a bottle can be a thankyou gift when you finally get them back lol

I was part of the single parents support group but I didn't have the net for ages and now it doesn't work for me.

I don't think I can report the things stolen because they weren't stolen, I didn't bring them with me (I was meant to but then they didn't fit in the bag, it was a chaotic mad rush to the airport bla bla), I haven't physically tried to retrieve them, and he's agreed to send them back. The trouble is, will he. He's sent one parcel with a few things in it, he rekons he'll send it all bit by bit. That's fine for him!! GRRR. He also sent me an ipod as a birthday present (my birthday was 2/7 wtf?) with no earphones. Guuuh.

I hope he sends the rest of my things soon. He ignored me when I said don't send my clothes EXCEPT for a specific jumper and cardigan. I've lost weight, other things won't fit. So what does he do? He sends the cheapest, ugliest shirt I own that also happens to be the biggest size I own. WTF? He didn't send my cardigan because "it looks crappy, I never liked cardigans" WELL WTF DO YOU NEED IT FOR THEN, WHY DIDN'T YOU SEND IT SO IT WON'T OFFEND YOU ANYMORE?!?!?
