Lulu, yep he gets a copy of everything! Just sux... which is why I haven't bothered having XH reassessed to cover DS2's psychologist at $150 per week...

gosh guys, CSA really are cr@ppy arent they?? I am sure that XH will always pay his CS, so hopefully I wont have too many troubles with CSA, but gosh, who knows in this situation right? You just cant predict anything at all!
Yep, totally sucks.
My ex is a pastry chef, has been for over 8 years, working full time, trying to say hes on $22000 a year. Obviously getting paid in cash also.
So he pays $12 a week child support, and tells me that all he has to pay cause the goverment gives me money. Hello?? I wish! Me and my partner barely get any family tax at all cause our estimates are too high! Suddenly its up to the government to pay for my child? I don't think so!
How can they honestly want so badly to NOT pay for their children and put everything else first??
We just sit there in hope that the stupid CSA system changes - remember - the one that was meant to change for equal rights for both parernts - what a joke!
DH and I have spent thousands $$ at solicitors trying to see how we can live each week, but without filling in that stupid form we can't do anything.
Don't get me wrong we are not trying to hide anything it is just the information that will be given to her is information she has absolutley no rights to... I am talking sensitive info.
Basically DH and I have resorted to the fact we will not be able to have a restart at life until his children are grown up. We simply can't afford it.
Oh and the pathetic form ( the red one in the front of the assesment ) even a bigger joke.
The form is a privacy page where you put the childrens ( from both sides ) names and dates of birth on and that is that is the only page she doesn';t get a copy of!!!!!! Like she couldn't just ask my step kids what their step sister and brothers names are and when they are born!!
Oh and by the way as for the $5k my XP owes me......I got a call from cnetrelink the other day offereing me an amnesty ( ie if I agree to drop the debt ( because they can't find the money) and then one day they miraculously find it, I won't inccur a debt from Centrelink!!!! ha what a joke they should have got their finger out and never let the debt get that much in the first place!!!!!!!!

yep, he does think he puts Arch above all else, he also thought that he aways put me above all else, so matter what me or anybody else told him, he still thinks he put us first all the time pffft! BTW, where did you read that? Facebook? Hope study is going fantastically for you, nearly finished!
