That is so wrong. He deserves to see his kids (unless there is a worry about safety of course!)
I have no idea but the other ladies seem to have given sound advice!
At least he has some time before Xmas to get this sorted.

no issue for safety form him(he does have an avo out on her though)
he has previously used to police to get the kids, as it keeps going pear shape then its good for a while then crap again...
i will pass on these ideas to him hopefully he will get the kids
