Question Any recipes for caramel choc cups????

I am after an easy recipe that I have seen somewhere recently...but can't remember where.

It was for individual choc caramel cups - much like choc caramel slice but used some kind of prebought biscuit for the base. The bikkies are heated in the microwave and then pressed into a pattypan tin to make little cups - caramel goes next then some melted chocolate.

    Any ideas??

    TIA

Ok get your biscuits... put them in the patty tin on a warm oven (180C) check at 5 min intervals (once they are soft press them down to mould to tin), then top with top n fill or use the following caramel recipe:

    1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
70g (1/3 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
    50g butter

Put ingredients into a saucepan. Cook on a low heat (stirring pretty much constantly cause some bits might stick then the whole lot will burn) for about 10 mins (maybe a bit longer) until thickened.

Then drizzle with melted chocolate (dark or milk or combo).
