    Question Aussie Farmers Direct??

Following on from another thread I am experimenting with online shopping.

What does everyone think of Aussie Farmers Direct?

Is it easy to use - do you have to sign up for a certain amount of time?

    Do you like the quality?

Do you think it is good value for money?

    Thanks again

Hi Dee, I love it as I always seem to run out of milk! I get 2 x 2lt milk and 1 orange juice delivered each week. I did get bread but didn't really like it, it went stale quickly and was too salty tasting. The juice is beautiful too.

It is easy to use, you can do most of it online, change your order etc. You can choose either weekly or fortnightly delivery and you can opt out whenever you like.

Its not the cheapest, the milk is about 70c dearer than Safeway' brand lite milk and juice is $5.50. But for me the convenience of having it delivered and me not having to rush out late at night to buy the milk is well worth it.

I would say give it a go.

I love it! There are no contracts, you can change your order as you please, as often as you like, and their products are great! I am really, really happy with their service, I would be lost without AFD now

We get the couples pack for a family of 2 adults 2 toddlers and it's pretty great. You can opt out whenever you want, the bananas are still good to eat after 6 days (our supermarket ones often were gross after 3 days). A day or so before it's delivered you can go online to see what's in the box, so if I think there's not going to be enough fruit to last us, I'll order some extra fruit through coles online - I looked into buying extra fruit with AFD but they charge an extra $5 delivery even if you already get the box so I don't bother ordering extra with them.

I love it! We get bread, milk, juice, cheese, eggs and the fruit and veg box. We get 2 deliveries of the bread & milk and one of the fruit and veg a week.

The quality is really good and I think it is good value for money.

I get the milk and bread and it is a little dearer than I can get elsewhere but I love the convenience.
I used to get the fruit and vege and was very happy with the qualitly but it was much dearer. I get most of my fruit and vege from a roadside stall/local farmers.

The meat is WAAAAYYY exxy IMO
