What can i use instead of eggs... *Urgent*

Hi all,
A quick urgent one- I just went to put on dinner and have no eggs to use to crumb lamb cutlets. What can I use instead??

Hmm, not sure, melted butter perhaps. I've used lemon juice on chicken breasts before, but not sure with lamb.

Hmmm... I was thinking lemon juice too. I might try it. I'l let you know how my efforts turn out

Make like a paste with it

if its lamb, maybe spread a little mild mustard on them??
