Zumba fitness....

Has anyone seen those ads for Zumba fitness, what a crock, $150 for a couple of DVD's to dance around. I can't believe people would buy something like this, I dance around while doing the housework and don't need to spend $150 to do so.

Ok, off my soapbox now.. I just hate seeing rip off crap..

Ok i just saw that ad this arvo and almost fell off the lounge laughing...what a joke. DP and I just looked at each other and cringed. The bit I liked the most was the 'toning sticks' you can get to dance with - fancy name for good ol dumbells eh to help sell your product.

When I read the thread title, I thought, oh no, someone's been sucked in by this ridiculously expensive dance moves DVD - but they haven't!!!!

I've been wondering what Zumba is...I know people in the States who are addicted to Zumba - but they go to a Zumba class at their gym - they don't use any DVDs (that's a crazy price for a DVD).

I know in the USA they have zumba class's that are soo popular.. but you go attend a class not just dance around alone.
