Disappointed in major store :(

I have been on the phone ALL morning! And I mean ALL morning! Started at 8:30am and have only just now at 11:30am got to where I needed to be!

My Big W store doesn't stock the pram I wanted so after ringing all over the place I have found one that does and they're willing to pop it on hold for me
What Im really disappointed in, is they wont send it to my Big W store, I have to drive 1hr 30mins to pick it up
Is that normal?

sometimes they dont bother, as it has to go back to dispatch be re allocated and then sent to the store you require it at and usually takes 2-3 weeks.

im still waiting on a game to be sent and its been 5 months it got lost in the transit somewhere.

Oh well maybe its a good thing they can hold it and I'll pick it up myself. That way it cant go wrong

I know target only takes 2-3 days depending on how close the store is they get it from. I would rather drive and get it though so you know you have it now and not have to wait on other people to do it for you.

It's annoying isn't it, we live remote....so when we get a chance to go to the shops we utilise it. Just the other week my DH was in Brissy for work, he stopped in at Big W on the way home to lay by a trampoline that featured in the catalogue out that day. They wouldn't do it as they didn't have any in stock..........grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I know Target and Kmart do but they are owned by different company!!

Like you said tho best to pick it up that way its in your hands and no one elses!!
