    Online fitness programs?

Has anyone tried the free online exercise programs? I've googled that topic and come up with PILES of videos, programs, hints, tips, etc, etc.
How do you know what's good? Do you use one that you'd recommend? Heard about any that should be avoided? I don't have any equipment really, and I don't want to have to buy anything if I can help it. I've got a fitball, and some of those elastic resistance band thingies. So, what do you think? Seen anything out there that would be good for a fat mama? I want to lose about 20lb (9kg?).

I've looked at several, there are even some for my Iphone. BUT I've never done them. I have a load of injuries so prefer to make sure I've got someone to correct my technique if needed and to show me the correct way of doing something. I'd suggest a session with a PT or in a gym and then take those exercises home with you. If you're doing the exercises correctly, you are much more likely to get the most out of the exercises you're doing.

Try the couch-to-5k program - its designed to get you running 5k in 6 weeks or as long as you need. I always find that getting fit will lead to better diet choices!

Also, why not borrow an exercise DVD from a video store (or buy from an opshop) and follow that?
