    Fish Oils

    Hello,

There are a few options when it comes to fish oils, and my favourite choice for people who don't like swallowing big capsules is Nordic Naturals Strawberry Soft Gels - they are soft capsules, so they are easy to swallow, or alternatively you can chew them and they actually taste like lovely fresh strawberry. Because the oils are ultra filtered and free from heavy metals and impurities, they don't actually taste fishy at all. They are also available in a liquid form in a couple of flavours.

I hear so many complaints about cheap fish oil capsules causing reflux and fishy burps, and this is often because the oils aren't pure, and they are often rancid - so not good for us at all! The practitioner-only fish oils are of very high quality, and I have different options available for pregnancy & breastfeeding, arthritis & inflammation, eczema and skin conditions, mood & cognition, and cardiovascular support.

Feel free to email me or PM me if you would like any more info.
