24 kgs is a lot in 3 months - that's 2 kg's a week! More than what's recommended for long term weight loss.... maybe you need to adjust your expectations a little?
I think its great that you have goals and an idea how to get there.
The only advice I can give (and you dont have to take it as I am stil learning myself) but I am finding that eating smaller meals through the day rather thatn just 3 big ones is helping my weight loss. Keeps your metabolism up and you are less likely to binge. But everyone is different so do whatever works.
