Question Cooking fish in the oven

I am planning on cooking fish fillets (hoki) for dinner tonight, but I want to cook it healthily, so no batter or butter etc
I was thinking about using alfoil and wrapping the fish, but not sure what to add into foil?
I am worried about adding something that will make it taste 'fishy'.

Has anyone got any ideas for me?

A bit of lemon juice and some hebs like dill or parsley

    or

some asian style vegetables and a splash of soy sauce.

You could add some slices of lemon, pepper, garlic and some herbs...hmmm maybe thyme perhaps and some sliced chilli.

I have never had Hoki but I do Barramundi in the oven in foil with lemon juice, garlic and various herbs/spices etc (cumin, basil, thyme, really just anything that tickles your fancy!) at about 180 for 15 mins, served on a bed of mashed potato with steamed asparagus and/or broccoli & capsicum - YUM! Try a lemon/lime juice base and put your fave herbs and spices into it Probably not how it's "supposed" to be done according to the gourmet guru's but it really is delicious and quite healthy - Good Luck!

sorry, probably far too late but Jamie Oliver has some great " fish in a bag" recipes which are basically fish cooked with various vegies and white wine and herbs in a foil bag. When I have seen him do it, he sautes the veges in the wine a bit first but you don't have to. Google Jamie Oliver fish in a bag

Asian style is great to the hide fishy taste. I brush a tiny bit of olive oil on the foil to stop the fish from sticking then just chuck a mixture of soy, sesame oil, julienned ginger, spring onion and corriander on top. Add a red chilli if you like a bit of heat.
