Anyone tried the Biggest loser shake diet?

    Hey

as you all know i am getting married in just under 3 weeks and i want to drop some weight fast, so i have started the biggest loser shake diet. i know i wont be able to lose alot of weight in just under 3 weeks but i thought i would give it ago anyway. thanks to the help of weight watchers i have already dropped 7 kilo's but i want to see if i can drop a few extra kilo's a bit quicker.

so my question to anyone that has been on a shake diet before, HOW DO YOU DO IT lol
i am not struggleing with the shakes i actually find the biggest loser shakes really really yummy, but i am sitting here right now and i can hear my belly growling cos its hungry! i have been drinking plenty of fluids and i have had an apple today and i might have some grapes in a minute, i wont be cooking dinner till 6pm so i have to try and get through the next 2.5 hrs lol i am soooooooo hungry HELP what can i do lol what do you do when your so hungry???

    thanks

I have done it several times!
This is how I cope, I have breaky later (9am) after having a few glasses of water or diet cordial.
Then morning tea I have something small, as I am not really hungry. Then push lunch back to 1pm or later and I have a soup (always) for lunch with a few celery sticks.
Arvo tea is usually about 3pm (I find I get really hungry in arvos) where I have some ham, celery (I love celery) with a teaspoon of philly cheese.
    Then dinner is for 6pm.
I also have diet jelly, and diet yoghurt to eat when i need to.

ohhhhhh ok must be doing it wrong lol

i havent been eating anything at all apart from 1 apple and a bunch of grapes. i didnt know you could still eat a little bit. i thought the shakes were a meal replacement so therefore you arent allowed to have anything else to eat lol bugger no wonder i have been soooooo hungry. i might go have a little something just to push me over till dinner time. cos the way i have been doing it, is i have my first shake in the morning when i start to feel hungry, then i will drink heaps and have an apple when the hunger pains get to much then i will have another shake for lunch and will have a bunch of grapes to help push me over till dinner time and i will eat a weight watchers meal for dinner mmmmmm yum food lol

    thanks heaps for sharing Queen

I am pretty sure you are supposed to just have Shake for breaky, fruit for morning tea, Shake for lunch, fruit for arvo tea, and healhty dinner... BUT that makes your calorie VERY low like 800 cals or less, which is silly.
I just eat a few 'extras' just things, but healthy light yet filling alternatives.
More protien ie ham. Salad etc Rather than pig out on other stuff.
Basically, your shakes are 200 cals each, plus your two fruits is around 500 cals. I would still allow yourself snacks. Does that make sense?
Even drop calorie intake to 1000cals is awesome.
HTH and I was not too confusing
