tell me about your fave lipstick...

i'm on the hunt for a new lipstick. i don't wear lipstick very often - more a gloss or lipbalm kind of gal but i've decided i'd like to wear it more often. my last one was a clinique - i can't read the type or colour because it's so old that it's worn off

i'm looking for a light-ish weight (don't like my lips to feel caked, if that makes sense?) lipstick....not too fussed on price because it's a treat & will last me for a while

so...what's your favourite & why?

I like loreal lipsticks, I have a colour-riche one (which they don't make anymore ), and some other (loreal) one in a chrome looking tube with a ring of colour around the middle, and its rather gloss like. I think they are both 'light' feeling, and don't dry my lips.

I actaully like the perfect wear ones by Avon. They last ages on.

I love Aveda...my fave standby is there SPF 20 lipgloss...cant remember the name but it is their highest selling colour (soft pinkish one)...it tastes like berries and although it needs to be reapplied often, is just divine! Oh and while there, try on their mascara...smells of rose petals!

My fave atm is YSL Rouge Volupte in #17 Red Muse It's silky and pretty and has a cute little Mirror on the end and for a non stayfast lipstick people always comment on how it stays on really well.

i dont wear lippy either but recently bought one from the bodyshop, its not a lipstick and not a gloss, more inbetween, not sure of the correct name as its not on the container, but its a slimmer shape in sliver

My fave is actually a real cheapie, it's about $4 from the chemist (brand is MODE) but I love the colour & it's not dry at all - more like a balm feeling. Looks kind of between a gloss & lipstick. It doesn't last long but I don't think the moist ones do, do they?

I love the Natio lipsticks - they are so creamy and lovely to put on and they seem to stay moist forever. Have converted MIL and SIL and both are in love!
