i am a natural brunette but have had dyed blonde hair with nice foils and stuff for years

wanted a change and found a great pic of the colour it was a red/light brown with highlights and a little darker underneath

went to get it done 230 bucks later i have dark drak black brown hair .

i HATE it and they kept saying it was like the pic when it clearly is not
i have washed it 5 times it has not faded at all

What do i do? i hate the colour and i want nice hair for the birth photos lol

should i go bck and try and get them to fix it for free( limited money bubs on way)

or dye it myself? then i would need to pre lightlen before i could dye wouldnt i?
