Warm stomach & Back in early pregnancy

I am only 7 weeks pregnant and noticed in the past few days that my tummy & my back are rather warm...I have asked my friends and they all look at me like I am crazy! Has anyone else felt this? Does anyone know a reason why? It is very warm to touch... I thought perhaps because i would have more volume of blood since pregnant?? I have no pains, i have pretty horrid morning sickness...
    Thanks in advance

funny you posted this cos i'm walking around the house with my shirt pulled up cos my stomach feels so hot, it is hot here to so that doesn't help- but i'd be interested to see if it is normal.

My belly and back have been a lot warmer since being pregnant, and as the pregnancy has progressed my boobies are very warm as well... I'm assuming it would all be normal due to increased blood volume and circulation
As a whole I am a lot hotter now too
    Good luck with the pregnancy

I can't remember how early it started, but every night i end up with my top up and my belly hanging out. Pre-pregnancy i would have been huddled under the doona but now my tummy always seems to need cooling.

Remember our body temps are higher in pregnancy than normal - it's probably just that.

My DH is always touching my belly and telling me how toasty it is. I haven't really noticed....hoping it's a good sign

    Wink Hot Belly!

I am experiencing the exact same thing....with my last pregnancy, this "hot-bellied" feeling didn't come on until later in the pregnancy- when I was beginning to show at around 5 months. This time around, in the dead of Canadian winter, and at only 9 weeks, I am walking around with my shirt tucked unnattractively into my ill-fitting bra. I'm glad to know that I am not alone in this though and also that I'm not imagining things!
