I had dreams like that alot from the age of 17 til a few months before i found out i had PCOS. But in my dreams i would go into labour and i couldnt have the baby, something would happen and i just couldnt give birth.

Im not very good at analysing other peoples dreams. Have you googled what it could mean?

    Pregnant

To dream that you are pregnant, symbolizes an aspect of yourself or some aspect of your personal life that is growing and developing. You may not be ready to talk about it or act on it.This may also represent the birth of a new idea, direction, project or goal.
If you are really pregnant and having this dream, then it represents your anxieties about the pregnancy. Women in the first trimester of their pregnancy tend to dream of tiny creatures, fuzzy animals, flowers, fruit and water. In the second trimester, dreams will reflect your anxieties about being a good mother and concerns about possible complications with the birth. Dreams of giving birth to a non-human baby are also common during this period of the pregnancy. Finally, in the third trimester, dreams consists of your own mother. As your body changes and grows, dreams of whales, elephants and dinosaurs and other larger animals may also start appearing at this stage.

in our culture, being pregnant in a dream means that you have committed a sin.

I think the fact that the baby looked just like you means the dream is telling you about a part of your self that are 'birthing' or bringing into being, or needing to create in your life. In particular, it relates to your feminine self, your sense of identity as a woman who is also a mother, and how you bring that into the world. Do you embrace your motherhood, is it something you rejoice in and feel proud of, or is it something that you feel encumbers you or reduces you in the eyes of people around you?

Id agree it appears to be an aspect of yourself you are dealing with. Pregnancy can also mean the start of a new phase in life or that you have a new creative project you wish to start.
