    chicken mince

Okay, so I bought 500 gms of chicken mince today, not sure what to do with it though. What are some of your yummy recipes using chicken mince....want to use it tomorrow night for dinner.

    Thank you!

You could make a lasagne using chicken mince ... I tend to add silverbeet and corn to the mince when I use it this way. Or, chicken rissoles are nice too.
Let me know if you want a recipe for either, although I'm the type of cook who kinda throws in what I've got rather than stick to a recipe. Chicken mince is nice for a change!

I once made a chicken pasta bake using mince rather than fillets and to be honest i found the mince went yucky and was terrible so I wouldn't buy again!! But if someone told me why it was so bleh I may try again!

I make thai style burgers with it sometimes (shallots, egg, carrot grated, ginger, lemongrass, sometimes some red curry paste). We have them on turkish bread with aoili and cucumber/lettuce/tomato.

Otherwise anyway you would use beef mince.

Yes I second the chicken sausage rolls suggestion. And get some fancy-shmancy flavoured seasoning like "Tuscan Seasoning" or "Cajun Flavour" or something, and make them a bit spicy And sausage rolls can be eaten hot with a salad for dinner, and keep the leftovers cold for lunchboxes the next day mmmmmm!!!! lol
