I'll jump on the bandwagon. I was doing so well at the end of last year but then started a new job and got slack.
I've started eating healthier again. Trying to do a big weekend cookup for my work lunches so I don't buy anything. I've made minestrone soup. All completely natural ingredients, no oil. The only exception is the chicken stock powder. I'm also going to start having a salad on the side of my dinner instead of chips.
I'm drinking super greens (combination of spirulina, barley grass, wheat grass), I'm having this twice a day, especially when I feel like snacking. I'm trying to drink more water when I feel the need to snack because apparently the need to snack often means you're dehydraited not actually hungry.

I'm starting to use the wii fit again and will be going back to the gym for the first time in a couple of months.

I only want to lose about 5kg but I want to keep it off this time.

I'll put my hand up too! I need to be accountable to something/someone so I will join and then there is no reason to be slack.

    Bit of background:

Have lost 6.8kgs and go to a personal trainer twice a week and yoga once a week. I want to start walking again - there is a lake near our house with a walking track or do a mini program at home (have a treadmill collecting dust)

I have today just stocked my fridge and fruit bowl with healthy alternatives and have meal planned for this week. Want to cut back on carbs at night as most of my exercise is during the day & I won't burn it off.

Well, that is plenty of me talk. GL for this week ladies

Supergreens is the name of the stuff and all the ingredients are in it. You can get it in coles or woolworths/safeway. I got a 200g pack for about $20. 1 teaspoon in water or juice - looks disgusting, tastes like grass/dirt but I don't mind the taste. Doesn't smell that great. You can also add it to fruit smoothies but I haven't done that.
