Business hours for a midwife?

I wanted to start calling midwives today after our 12 week scan. I'm starting to fret that we'll miss out on who we want so I need to get calling but then my son didn't have a sleep today and I didn't call anyone.

Do you think you can call in the evening? Probably not huh? They all have families themselves. I don't want to be rude and call at a bad time, but then I thought I'd check in case everyone says evenings are fine

Well I know our midwives work around the clock, I guess if they dont want to talk then they wont answer.. wont hurt to try?

I felt bad and it's too late now so I'll call tomorrow. But you are right- they have work mobiles so I'm sure they can just not answer. Thanks

You could also just send a TXT. If I don't want people to call me because I am at a birth I just turn my phone off.
