Question Do you allow visitors when your babie are sick?

    Hey all,

I just have a question, when your little ones are sick with a cold do you allow visitors to come over? Visitors being any one outside the immediate family so friends, nans, cousins etc?

Depends on how sick they are and what the illness is. If it's something contagious, then no. Sometimes it can't be helped though - especially with DH's family. I don't mind if they want to bring some soup or something

If I know they are coming, I just say it is up to you, but don't blame me if you get sick. Unannounced visitors you really can't help.

I let them know what illness is, and leave it up to them. Announced visitors, well you can't help that, but I'd let them know at the door that xxx is sick and see if they want to come in or not.

Im horrible! I dont let people in the door if they are sick either....sniffles ect NO WAY!!!!!

If anyone turns up, unannouced, I go outside and tell them that the kids are sick and that I dont want to spread it..HINT HINT your not coming in.

Tuff luck if they dont understand....sorry but me and mine come first not others

I usually let them know that they are sick and it's up to them if they want to expose themselves.
Unannounced visitors, I do the same as maz, go outside and say we are all sick, best to visit another time.
